1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Imfiy BV (trading as JustPost.AI) governing your use of our AI-powered social media content creation service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, JustPost.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our service for your business purposes.

Use of our social media management and scheduling tools
Access to analytics and performance tracking features
Use of our customer support and guidance services

2.3 License Restrictions

Your license is subject to the following restrictions:

You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer your access to others
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our service
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Acceptable Use of Service

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 AI Content Generation

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your input and brand information. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting
AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for your needs
You should verify facts, check grammar, and ensure content aligns with your brand voice

5.2 Content Review Responsibility

Always review AI-generated content before publishing
Verify accuracy of information, dates, and facts
Ensure content complies with your brand guidelines and policies
Check that content is appropriate for your target audience
Modify or reject content that doesn't meet your standards

5.3 AI Content Disclaimers

JustPost.AI is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
We do not guarantee that AI content will be free from errors or bias
AI content should be considered as suggestions, not final content
You assume all responsibility for content published under your accounts

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

JustPost.AI retains all rights to our platform, technology, and brand
Our service, including AI algorithms and software, is protected by intellectual property laws
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials
Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain our exclusive property

6.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property

You must respect intellectual property rights of third parties

7. Copyright and DMCA Process

8. Service Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service:

For violation of this Agreement or our Terms of Service
For non-payment of fees
For illegal or unauthorized use of the service
For any other reason at our sole discretion

8.3 Effect of Termination

Your license to use the service immediately terminates
You must cease all use of the service
We may delete or deactivate your account and data
Provisions of this Agreement that survive termination remain in effect

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11. Changes to Agreement
